Therapists are especially welcome.

Your body is sending signals, to you and to everyone around you.

The way you inhabit your body is structuring your life. It’s the underlying feeling of your identity: what it’s like to be you.

Through it, you hold the patterns of your life in place.

Together we’ll take a closer look at these dynamics, between your bodily experience and your relational contexts.

And we’ll explore what becomes possible when we bring exquisite curiosity to layers of reality so close to us that we rarely appreciate them.

“As a massage therapist myself, I don’t take it for granted to find someone who is both deeply skilled and truly attuned.”

Nala Phillips, massage therapist

If you’re a therapist, feel it in your own body first, then decide if it’s for your clients.

You likely have clients who have developed significant self-understanding, and who would benefit from extending that development into present-moment practice, in the embodied and relational realms.

Come explore this in your own body, and see if it’s a good fit, for you or for them.

If it speaks to you, the fall cohort goes further.

Habits of Being is ten weeks of this work: ten one-to-one Structural Integration sessions with me, and ten Wednesday evenings with a cohort of 6 to 10 people, starting in mid-October.

Applications are open through Wednesday, October 7, so there’s time to sit with it after Tuesday.
